The Costco Pharmacy Benefit Partnership administered by EnvisionRxOptions gives you access to over 60,000 retail pharmacies nationwide as well as Costco pharmacies without needing to be a Costco member.

For employees enrolled in the Coffee main prescription benefit there is an added benefit to allow you to receive a 90 day fill of your medication at a Costco retail location for a lower copay than other network retail pharmacies.

Employees enrolled in the Coffee mini prescription benefit there is an added benefit to allow you to receive a 30 day fill of your medication at a Costco retail location for a lower copy than other network retail pharmacies.
