Simply call Benny’s Café at (888) 873-8326, and press Option #1 to enroll.
An agent from the Benny’s Café service team will educate you on your options, enroll you in the plans selected, and mail you a confirmation of election statement for your records.

After enrollment, you will receive a Confirmation of Election form by regular mail or email,
which ever you prefer.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- Even if you are not interested in enrolling in any of our benefit plans you must call Benny’s Café to affirmatively decline coverage. In addition, as a benefits-eligible employee you are automatically enrolled, at no charge to you, in the group life insurance plan. Therefore, you should contact Benny’s Café to designate your beneficiary(ies) for this insurance.
- If you do not enroll during your initial eligibility period you will not be able to enroll until the next Open Enrollment period effective unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.
- When you call Benny’s Café, make sure you have the dates of birth and the social security numbers for any dependent(s) you wish to cover in the medical, dental or vision plan. You will need to provide this information to the Benny’s Café service
representative who will be recording your election choice
