All of the plans offered to eligible full time employees are compliant with ACA’s requirements for Essential Benefits, Minimum Value and Affordability. As a full time benefits eligible employee you and your eligible dependents will not be eligible for a tax credit through the Marketplace and you may wish to enroll in the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Employee Benefit Plan that has been offered to you and your eligible dependents. However, you may be eligible for a tax credit that lowers your monthly premium, or a reduction in certain cost-sharing provisions in the health insurance you purchase at the Marketplace if you are not eligible for coverage at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Technologies, Inc.
