The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf® offers eligible Team Members two dental plan options. The first option which is available to Part Time Shift Supervisors and is called the House Blended Delta Dental Health Maintenance Organization (“DHMO”) Plan.
This plan provides only in-network benefits, but it has no deductible, and there are copayments, rather than co-insurance, for all services that are not 100% covered by the plan.
